Grace, Gratitude and Gentleness
November 6, 2024For some reason when I think of November, I think of giving Grace, Gratitude and being intentional with Gentleness! For Caffeine with Kerry this month here are some thoughts to get you started on living a “November to Remember”
The Grace of Letting Go
November reminds me of letting go of things that don’t serve me positively, just like the leaves on the trees shed their leaves in preparation of winter. What can we let go of this month to bring peace to us?
The Grace in Gratitude
Connect November’s emphasis on Thanksgiving with the idea of grace through gratitude. Find a few things to be thankful for each day that leads us to more kindness, and appreciation. Hint; find a grace moment and be grateful for it.
Showing Grace in Our Relationships
Think about how we can be more forgiving, patient, and generous with others, especially during challenging interactions. Hint; listen more attentively, practice empathy and offer forgiveness.
The Quiet Grace of Reflection
November is a perfect time to pause and reflect before the busyness of December. Find grace in taking time to contemplate what we accomplished and how we have grown this year.
Spreading Grace in the Community
November is also a time to extend grace to others, especially through kindness and compassion. Spread grace in your communities, whether through volunteer work, donations, or simple, kind gestures. Hint; Simply ask yourself “ How can I bring grace to someone’s life
These thoughts will provide us a heartfelt, reflective journey through November, focusing on personal and relational grace, gratitude, and quiet thoughts with ourselves.
