It was -30 degrees for our temperature and with windchill we are at -55 “feels like” temperature here in Minneapolis!  Even with Caffeine that is miserable!

Inner motivation was the only choice because going outside wasn’t happening!

How do you dig deep and find what motivates you?  I always go to my goals…they focus me and stretch me!

So whatever your outside temperature is, go inside yourself and find a personal goal that motivates you today!
